At the time, Warhorse Studios’ Tobias Stolz-Zwilling said the team almost made its planned 2024 release, but that “almost is not good enough,” and so the decision was made that a “tiny bit more time” was needed. While the release date has been moved again, it’s great to see it brought forward by a week. The new launch day will give Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 some much-needed breathing room from other big games that were delayed out of 2024, including Assassin’s Creed Shadows, which launches on February 14, and Avowed on February 18 — yep, it’s going to be a busy month!
