Let’s talk portals. First what they are, then how to get them, then the different types!
About Portals
Portals are items earned from different stages. Once you deploy them, you and several others can enter the portal. These take you to special stages which give you a shot at some big rewards, including some exclusive units.
You can make a Portal stage public, so anyone can hope in while it’s valid, or set it so only your friends can join if you already have your battle buddies in mind.
How To Earn Portals
Portals are earned by stages in Infinite Mode. You can earn one by completing 31 stages without dropping out or losing, so try and hold on as long as you can for the maximum chance. When using a Portal, you can get rarer Portal variations as a reward, too.
Portal Types
There are three different types of Portal as of Update 4. These have different stages attached. They’re also obtained through difference Infinite stages. You’re best sticking to a stage that corresponds with the kind of Portal you want.
- Demon Portal – Earned from Cursed Academy, Haunted City, or Windmill Village
- Cursed Kingdom Portal – Earned from Blue Planet, Underwater Temple, or Swordsman Dojo.
- Ancient Dragon Portal – Earned from Crystal Cave or Snowy Woods.
These Portals all come in different Rarity types, all the way up to the coveted Secret Portals.
