St. Louis Cardinals catcher Yadier Molina may never recover from the trash talk of one Cincinnati Reds fan at Great American Ball Park.

Kids, we’re sorry for what you’re about to hear.

In the second game of the Cardinals-Reds doubleheader in Cincinnati, future Hall of Fame catcher Yadier Molina had some untimely trash talk hurled his way.

And it hurts the most, because it’s so, so true.

At least in the Queen City, we’re pretty sure nobody does like Yadi.

Cardinals: Nick Castellanos playing villain in St. Louis

The Cardinals won the first two games of this three-game set, including the first of Wednesday’s doubleheader, but the nightcap is not going according to plan.

Nick Castellanos has two home runs on the night, including a grand slam. Cardinals manager Mike Shildt asked the umpires to check his bat as a last-ditch effort to save some runs, but unfortunately Castellanos’ hardware was only chipped.

Yes, that’s right, Castellanos hit two home runs with a broken bat.

Add in some absolutely savage trash talk and it’s been a rough night for the Cardinals.
