Xbox has unveiled its latest official wireless controller colour: Deep Pink.Revealed on Microsoft’s website, this is one of the more standard designs Xbox has released recently. The controller has a plain pink coating across the entire front of the controller, with matching pink buttons and a white back, but comes in at the more expensive $64.99 price point. You can buy it from the Microsoft Store now.The existing line of one-colour controllers, including White, Black, Red, Blue, and Volt (which is either yellow or green depending on who you ask), usually retail for $59.99.Xbox Wireless Controller – Deep PinkThe Deep Pink iteration includes all the standard Xbox Series controller features players should expect – including textured triggers and bumpers, the hybrid, circular d-pad, and more – and is compatible as usual with any Xbox Series or One plus PC and mobile.Microsoft has released several different versions of its new Xbox wireless controller since the Series consoles launched in November 2020, including limited editions such as the 20th Anniversary version and the shiny blue Aqua Shift.Even more limited, though, were the furry Sonic the Hedgehog controllers that Microsoft awarded to just one competition winner. Whether these controllers can compete with the Fisher Price toy is another question though, as a modder turned one into a working PC controller and played Elden Ring with it.Ryan Dinsdale is an IGN freelancer who occasionally remembers to tweet @thelastdinsdale.
