As per the Xbox Status webpage and its official X account, Microsoft is investigating “major outages” related to signing in to the Xbox network, joining parties, and launching cloud games. Original storyIf you can’t sign in to Xbox Live, it appears you’re not alone. We’re seeing numerous reports from players who are unable to sign in to the Xbox network and play games. Xbox Live outage stopping players from getting online Reports of an outage seemingly began sometime around 3.30am PT/ 6.30am ET/ 11.30am BST, with some players encountering the following error message when trying to sign in to Xbox Live on an Xbox console or PC: “Try again in a while. We can’t sign you in. Try again in a few minutes or check service status in Xbox Assist.” The message is also accompanied by error code ‘0x87DD0033.’ Other players are also seeing the ‘0x87DD0006’ error code when trying to get online. Xbox Support is yet to acknowledge the issue. According to the Xbox Status page, everything is up and running without issue, though there is a limited outage for Elder Scrolls Online due to scheduled maintenance.
