The Xbox 360 log-in issues from October are back once more. According to multiple reports across the internet, some Xbox 360 users are unable to sign in on the console and are coming across the infamous Xbox 360 error codes 8015D086 and 8015D000.Some Xbox 360 users are currently unable to log inOver the past several days, our forums, the Microsoft Support forums, and Reddit have been filling up with posts from Xbox 360 users who are unable to sign in on their consoles. These users are all running into the same error message, which reads: “Sorry, there’s a problem with the credentials that you’re using to sign in,” followed by either 8015D086 or 8015D000 error codes. From what we can gather, this error message pops up when you attempt to log in on the Xbox 360, and the console tries to download your Xbox profile from the Xbox servers, which ultimately fails. Players who are still signed in to their profile on the 360 can supposedly play as normal. Interestingly, playing backward compatible 360 games on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One, which is usually impacted by this issue, appears to be working fine. As always, there is nothing on the Xbox Status page about the issue, and players who have contacted Xbox Support aren’t getting much help. It’s unknown when a fix will be coming, but hopefully, Microsoft will roll something out soon. As soon as we hear anything, we’ll update you.Are you having trouble signing in on your Xbox 360?
