The next batch of games to leave Xbox Game Pass has been revealed. Final Fantasy VIII Remastered, Planet Coaster, The Gardens Between, Star Renegades, Streets of Rogue, and River City Girls will all drop out of Xbox Game Pass on November 15th. Final Fantasy VIII RemasteredFinal Fantasy VIII Remastered and its Windows stack will drop out of Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass for PC on the 15th. The turn-based RPG will take between 20 and 25 hours to complete, according to estimates, but our superb Final Fantasy VIII Remastered walkthrough (written by Chui), gives a broader 25-to-40-hour estimate, so bear that in mind before starting. FINAL FANTASY VIII RemasteredThe mega-hit RPG, FINAL FANTASY VIII returns! This Xbox One version features new graphical enhancements and a whole host of options to customise your gameplay experience.Planet CoasterAlso dropping out of Xbox Game Pass is the theme park management sim, Planet Coaster. Unlocking all 38 of the game’s achievements will take between 50 and 60 hours, so plan accordingly if you haven’t started this one and want the completion on your tag. The Star Studded Career achievement looks like it will take some serious theme-park managing to pull off. Planet Coaster: Console EditionWelcome to a new era in coaster park simulation! Bring your ideas to life with easy-to-use tools, manage all aspects of your expanding empire, and harness the world’s best creations from an endlessly creative community in the Frontier Workshop. The Gardens BetweenThe Gardens Between is a quick and easy completion that will take you between one and two hours to unlock all 17 of its achievements. The achievement list is pretty simple and shouldn’t give you too much grief, but if you need it, we do have a well-liked The Gardens Between walkthrough (written by Dwaggienite) which details exactly what you’ll need to do to pop each achievement. The Gardens BetweenFall into a series of vibrant, dreamlike island gardens with best friends Arina and Frendt. Manipulate time to solve puzzles in this mysterious realm where cause and effect are malleable.River City GirlsRiver City Girls is another Xbox Game Pass November casualty. The beat ’em up has 29 achievements, and according to estimates, it will take you between 12 and 15 hours to unlock them all. According to Fuchsdh’s River City Girls walkthrough, it will only require a single complete run to get all of the game’s achievements “thanks to an end-of-game trick.” Fuchsdh also suggests playing this one with a second controller instead of a multiplayer partner to make things easier for yourself. River City Girls (Windows) will also drop out of Xbox Game Pass for PC on the same day. River City GirlsThere’s trouble once again on the mean streets of River City, but this time the boys are in over their heads! In this all-new entry in the legendary beat-’em-up series, hot-blooded heroes Kunio and Riki have been captured, leaving it to their hard-hitting girlfriends, Kyoko and Misako, to serve up some payback. As you punch and kick your way across town – either solo or with a friend in local co-op – you’ll gain new skills, chow down on power-ups, wield an assortment of weapons, and unleash an arsenal of combos, throws, and special attacks that will leave the bad guys crying for mama – all in outrageous 16-bit style! The awesome action is punctuated by manga story panels, anime cutscenes, and an epic synth-pop soundtrack. It’s an old-school rumble for a new generation!Streets of RogueAccording to estimates, it will take between 15 and 20 hours to pop all 20 of Streets of Rogue’s achievements. Unfortunately, we don’t have a walkthrough for this one, but there are guides available for nearly every achievement should you need them. The Windows stack of Streets of Rogue is also leaving Xbox Game Pass for PC, so if you want the stack as well, you’d better get cracking. Streets of RogueFight, sneak, and hack your way through randomly generated cities. It’s an anarchy riddled Twin-Stick, Rogue-lite, RPG, Immersive Sim, that goes completely insane.Star RenegadesStar Renegades has only been completed by one person, so we can’t give you a completion estimate, unfortunately. The ratio is absolutely enormous for this one, and it looks like it’s going to take a significant amount of grinding to complete, though some are noting in the forum that a recent patch seems to have busted a load of Star Renegades’ achievements, so weigh that up before starting this one. There is also a Windows stack for Star Renegades that will also drop out of Xbox Game Pass for PC.Star RenegadesStar Renegades is a dimension spanning rogue-lite strategy RPG. Outsmart uniquely generated adversaries, forge bonds between heroes and end the cycle!Microsoft has also announced November’s first batch of new games coming to Xbox Game Pass.
