November’s getting better and better when it comes to all those upcoming Game Pass games, as “rural-life RPG” Spirittea launches into Xbox Game Pass as a day-one addition on November 13!We’ve got a whole Spirittea showcase to check out along with the announcement of the game’s release date, which you can watch below.Spirittea is one we’ve been looking forward to for a while. Combining life sim and management elements, and counting Stardew Valley and Spirited Away among its inspirations, it sees us running a bathhouse for the troubled spirits of a rural town. We play as a writer who is in theory actually there for inspiration for their next novel, but things soon go awry when we accidentally end up drinking a tea that lets us see into the spirit world.We were lucky enough to chat with Spirittea’s sole developer Dan Beckerton and covered the game in detail in our Spirittea interview, discussing the gameplay, story, world, and more. Beckerton also shared his thoughts on joining the Game Pass service.There isn’t long to wait for Spirittea, which arrives for Xbox Game Pass next month on November 13. It’ll be a good month for cosy games, as Spirittea arrives just before the full launch of Coral Island into Xbox Game Pass.
