Microsoft has announced that Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled is coming to Xbox Game Pass, and we don’t have long to wait either, as the Xbox arcade racing game joins the service on December 4, 2024. While we’re yet to learn which tiers the game will be available in, it’ll likely drop into the Xbox Game Pass Standard and Ultimate libraries due to its age — we’ve also seen Microsoft porting the game to the Microsoft store on PC, so there is a good chance it’ll join the PC Game Pass library alongside its console counterparts.For the uninitiated, Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled launched on Xbox One in 2019 as a full remaster of the 1999 PS1 classic Crash Team Racing and includes remastered content from Crash Tag Team Racing and Crash Nitro Kart. It’s an arcade racer in the same vein as Mario Kart, letting you speed around wacky tracks filled with power-ups and weapons as your favorite Crash Bandicoot characters.Interestingly, Xbox Game Pass advertisements were spotted this week for Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time, although clicking on it took players to the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy game page. Microsoft is yet to announce the fourth installment for Game Pass, so maybe we’ll hear more from that this week — or maybe it was all just one big mistake and the advert was supposed to be for Crash Team Racing!
