Hasbro Entertainment’s new development studio, New Raleigh-Durham Studio, is currently advertising for various positions to work on a new game set in the G.I. JOE universe.The new studio sits under the Wizards of the Coast banner (thanks, PCGamer) and looks to create AAA-rated games. The first of which — according to the job listings — will be part of the G.I. JOE universe as a 3rd person action/adventure game, which is planned to launch on multiple platforms. Currently, the studio is looking for a technical director, art director, lead game designer, and lead animator. Other requested skillsets include experience with the Unreal Engine, and knowledge of progression and exploration mechanics in video games.Seeing as Snake Eyes was the focus of the latest movie, we wouldn’t be surprised if that’s the direction this game will take. Although it’s worth bearing in mind that it’s incredibly early days for the studio and the game’s development, so don’t expect to see any announcements to come for quite a while.
