Lake launched on Xbox consoles this week, and developer Gamious has been kind enough to provide us with three codes for the game to give way to our readers!Lake takes you back to 1986, where you play as Meredith Weiss, who has returned to her small hometown on a career break. She ends up filling in for her father as a mail carrier, delivering packages and letters to people all over the rural mountain town. In her time as a postal worker, she runs into some familiar faces, makes a few new friends, and ultimately has to decide whether she stays or returns to her job in the big city. Heidi described Lake in her review as a “laid-back game” that’s “a lovely addition to the narrative adventure genre.”I recently spoke with Gamious CEO Pim Bouman, who apologised for the unobtainable achievement in Lake and the issues the Xbox version had at launch. Lake has now been patched, and we can confirm that the Free Spirit achievement is now unlocking correctly for players. Bouman also gave us three Lake codes to give away to our readers.
