Both of these ingredients are quite rare, or at least only available in a few select areas. I spent a while searching but only discovered both the Petalcaps and the Rivercress Stems in Windsward, outside the town there called Greenhaven.
Where To Find Petalcap
You are looking for Fronded Petalcap. It’s a large green plant with spikey leaves. The only region where these are found is Windsward, a level 1-25 area, one of the starting towns is nearly. You will need three of them to complete the quest.
You can get three from a single Fronded Petalcap but in case you do not, you can find two here. There is one where my character is standing, the other is where my icon is to the West. They are both just outside Greenhaven, the main town in Windsward.
Where To Find Rivercress Stem
Rivercress Stems are from Rivercress plants. They are a blue tipped plant that drips water, and they are always found near water. The only place I have managed to find any of these is also in Windsward, just to the West of the town Greenhaven.
As before, you should be able to get all you need from a single node but in case you don’t, there is one where I am standing, one where the marker is, and another can be found just to the South, on the other side of the lake.
