Malachite is the step up from the rocky stuff that players will typically find.
You’ll need to head over to the snow biome to find Malachite. That means you’ll have to bring cold protection with you, either the pepper or the Spicy Burger. The Slurp Drinks can also heal you over time. Once you have what you need, make sure you’ve also got your Charm on.
We’ve only found the Malalchite in one location, and that’s about this massive ice shelf. See below for a reference image of the ice shelf:

So in summary:
- Head to the ice biome, bringing cold protection like Spicy Burgers and peppers, Slurp Drinks, and charms
- Look for the huge ice shelf
- Go to the top of the ice shelf, and you will find the Malachite lying around
