As the final week before the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona ends, let’s take a look at the biggest stories.

The Oppo Find X5 and X5 Pro became official. Both phones feature Oppo’s new 6nm MariSilicon X image processing chip and Hasselblad Natural Color Calibration. The Find X5 Pro has a 50MP 1/1.56″ main camera with a 3-axis sensor-shift and 2-axis lens stabilization, a 50MP ultrawide, and 13MP 2x tele. The Pro gets a Snadragragon 8 Gen 1 chip, while the X5 uses a Snapdragon 888.

The Oppo Find X5 is on sale from March 14, starting at €1,000 for the 8/256GB model. The X5 Pro’s sole 12GB of RAM and 256GB configuration is €1,300, on sale March 14.

The vivo iQOO 9, 9 Pro, and 9 SE debute in India too, starting at INR 43,000, INR 65,000 and INR 34,000, respectively. They’re all capable smartphones with the SE relying on a SD888, the 9 on a SD888+, and the Pro on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip. Sales in India start on March 2.

A major leak revealed that the Poco X4 Pro 5G will feature a Snapdragon 695 chip and 108MP camera. The phone will be unveiled on February 28.

Finally, the OnePlus 10 Pro became available in White Extreme edition. The phone itself was featured in a durability test, which it didn’t survive, snapping in two during the bend test – ouch! That’s it for these past seven days, see you next week with the wrap up of the MWC week!

It could be the vivo X80 Pro.

This is the Redmi Note 11 Pro with a redesigned back panel.

The phone is up for pre-order in China.

It’s one of a select few devices that have failed a durability test in recent years.

It brings a 64MP main cam that upscales shots to 108MP via interpolation.

The 108MP alternative of the Redmi Note 11.

AI and image processing is offloaded to the MariSilicon X chip. Also, the ultrawide camera has both lens and sensor shift image stabilization.

The lineup includes designs with 24K gold, titanium, carbon fiber.

Pre-orders for the 9 and 9 Pro start today, open sales will begin in early March.

Along with a new Mac mini, iMac Pro, and half-sized Mac Pro.

We’ve heard this chip referred to as the 8 Gen 1+ and it might run cooler – important for a relatively small device.

The devices will apparently launch in March.

It’s an all-Galaxy S22 podium to no one’s surprise.

The phone will be bigger than the vanilla Xiaomi 12.

Expect the debut of the X4 Pro 5G and the M4 Pro.

The K50 Pro is expected to launch in mid-2022.

It happens only in particular scenarios, but a patch is already developed.

The announcement will be part of Realme’s event in Barcelona during the MWC.

No, not the 4S Pro, just the 4 Pro. It will be available through the official site and through Amazon.

The GT Neo2 had a SD 870 and a 64MP cam with no OIS. A GT Neo3 Gaming Edition also leaked recently, that one with a Dimensity 9000 (allegedly).

It will also make it to the S22 and S22+ this month.

Official sales in China start on March 3.

It’s expected to come with the Snapdragon 680 SoC, while the 5G model is rumored to have Dimensity 700 chip at the helm.

The new gaming smartphone brings top-of-the-line features with Qualcomm’s latest chipset.

It has two 50MP IMX766 sensors, except the ultrawide cam is missing the 5-axis OIS. The custom MariSilicon X ISP is on board, however.
