Week 38 in review: Surface Duo 2, Realme GT Neo2 and Huawei nova 9 series debut

While not quite the high-profile announcements of last week, the past seven days brought several new devices so lets recap.

Microsoft’s Surface Duo 2 was by far the biggest story of the week, the second generation folding phone seemingly addressing many of the issues with the first one.

Huawei took the wraps off its nove 9 series, while Realme held its own event to unveil the GT Neo2.

The iPhone 13 lineup went on sale and still made plenty of headlines with teardowns and first reviews revealing some of the stuff that Apple didn’t reveal at its event.

Popular tipster IceUniverse delivered a bunch of spicy leaks for the upcoming Galaxy S22 lineup and arguably the most intriguing one is the fact that the Ultra member will feature a slot for the S Pen akin to the Note phones of the past. That was corrobated by other sources too, so it seems Note fans have something to look forward to after the disappointing 2021.
