Week 31 saw little in terms of actual announcements, but the rumor mill was going full steam with Google’s extensive teaser of the Pixel 6 duo capturing a lot of attention.

The Samsung foldable phones of Galaxy Z Flip3 and Fold 3 also leaked repeated ahead of next week’s announcement, while the Galaxy A52s made a few appearances too.

Xiaomi is also hyping up its event for next week, where we should see the Mi Mix 4, which should be another beastly flagship.

The full list of our most popular stories of the week is below to make sure you haven’t missed anything.

See you in a week!

The phone will arrive with the Snapdragon 778G at the helm.

Both smartphones will be powered by the in-house developed Tensor chip.

Launching later this year in the fall.

The main specs have been outed as well.

A new video surfaced showing off the Mi Mix 4’s display with punch hole. The Mi Mix 4 will arrive with MIUI 12.5.

And by quite a margin too. Samsung is reportedly hoping that the Exynos 2200 with an AMD GPU to boost interest and sales of the S22 models.

The Mix 4 will come with MIUI 12.5 out of the box. It will have up to 12GB of RAM and 120W fast charging.

The sensor, alongside a 200 MP sibling, will be announced in September.

Phones and tablets from both brands, available in China, can now switch to the new UI.

Mi Mix 4 is scheduled to debut on August 10.

This is set up as an affordable 5G phone for carriers au and UQ mobile and will be available later this month.

Xiaomi will also unveil the Mi Mix 4 next Tuesday.

Details for the European prices for the Z Fold3, Z Flip3, Watch4 Classic and Buds2 are out.

It’s the upgraded 5G version of the standard Galaxy A52 which debuted earlier this year.

Of the watches, the Classic models will be more premium with stainless steel bodies, while the vanilla ones will be made out of aluminum.

It’s pictured in all four color options.

With an overall score of 120, the Zenfone 8 is behind the mini (122), but ahead of the S21 (119).

This report comes after underwhelming sales of the Galaxy S21, alleged conflict with Mediatek, and weakened position in the makret.

The chipset will be manufactured by Samsung, but it seems like there’s more to that company’s participation in the project.

The Realme Flash is just a concept phone. Instead, the first device to be charged with MagDart is the Realme GT (which is getting a special case).

It comes more than two years after the first prototype.

The phone dropped its 5G capabilities before appearing in Russia.

Neither will be cheap, but the Fold is definitely still unattainable for most.

It will sport a 64MP triple camera and support 5G networks.

We’ll likely see the announcement of the Mi Mix 4 and Mi Pad 5 series.
