Manchester United club legend Wayne Rooney clearly is not happy with the situation at the club right now, and he blames Ronaldo.

Believe it or not, the situation at Manchester United is somehow getting even worse. With the club being eliminated by Atletico Madrid from the Champions League, that means it will be another season with no trophies for the club. This is becoming old for team greats, which includes Wayne Rooney.

Now, in a stunning turn of events, Rooney has decided to take out his anger on fellow club legend Cristiano Ronaldo. The two won multiple EPL titles together, plus the Champions League in 2008. It looks like Rooney isn’t loving what he’s seeing from the Portuguese goal scorer right now.

Manchester United: Wayne Rooney blasts Cristiano Ronaldo

Tell us how you really feel, Mr. Rooney. Again, the two were amazing together and helped record some incredible seasons for the Red Devils. From that Rooney quote, it tells us that things weren’t as peachy as they seemed when the two shared a locker room.

Fast forward to present time and Manchester United is already out of the title race and they’re hoping to make the top four to be back in the Champions League next campaign. A return to the Europa League would be disgraceful for MUFC, but that very well could end up happening. United is currently in sixth place of the table, with Arsenal in fourth and Tottenham in fifth.

Ronaldo’s return to the club had people believing Man United could compete for the league title this year, but the opposite has been the case. This team is in need of some serious shaking up and it’s up in the air if Ronaldo will be back with the team next season or not.
