Warhammer Heroes Series 5 is here and this time it’s the turn of the Age of Sigmar Stormcast Eternals to come to the blind-box Warhammer offering.
Warhammer Heroes returns with Series 5, introducing the Stormcast Eternals in collectable miniature form. This new series includes seven unique warriors. Collected together they form the Gladitorium Primes Warband in warcry, representing a variety of Stormcast Eternal roles in the ongoing battle against the Skaven and any forms of Chaos.
Each blind box in Series 5 features one of these heroes: Liberator-Prime Zhea Galdara, Vindictor-Prime Printis Verna, and the rare Knight-Arcanum Axactus Krane. These miniatures are designed for Warcry gameplay as the Heroes of the Gladitorium warband, each with unique rules. You can see them all at the end of the article. The Knight-Arcanum Axactus Krane is the dude with the Staff.
Warhammer Heroes Series 5 Info
Display boxes contain eight blind boxes, but there’s no guarantee to collect all seven heroes in a full set. Worth noting that this time, Games Workshop have made it very clear that the sealed box is not guaranteed to contain each of the miniatures in the box, with duplicates very possible. With 7 possible models to collect, and eight models in the display case, you will get one duplicate regardless. That said, you’ll get a Warcry team regardless. For those that just collect miniatures, these are a pretty fun deal if you want to just have a bunch of Stormcast to pain.
Release Date
Starting on October 26th, Series 5 will be available in Europe and the US, with releases in other regions later this year. For Europe specifically, finding these can be really tough, and getting the models you want can be even harder.
Price
Last time, they were going for £45/$60 for a box of 8 miniatures. It’s not a terrible deal, but considering you might get duplicates this time it comes with a risk.
