Vivid joins the Mutineers following the downfall of the rumored Washington DC roster.
The Call of Duty League is in a period of uncertainty as we wait to see the outcome of the rumored OpTic Dallas team. With this leading to Chicago’s CDL spot being left open, fans were led to believe that a Washington DC team would be arriving to the CDL. There was even a supposed roster already in the works. However, the rumored roster of Anthony “Methodz” Zinni, Paul “PaulEhx” Avila, Reece “Vivid” Drost and Thomas “TJHaLy” Haly have split. This is due to the ownership team pulling out of the deal. As a result, Vivid is heading to the Mutineers and replacing Colt “Havok” McLendon on their starting roster.
Vivid has been one of the most exciting prospects in the Call of Duty League since he arrived in the 2020 Modern Warfare season. Recently, he spent 2020 and the beginning of 2021 on the LA Guerrillas. After that, Vivid moved to Dallas Empire, where his aggressive SMG playstyle rejuvenated the Empire roster. Joining this Mutineers team of Cesar “Skyz” Bueno, Joseph “Owakening” Conley, David “Davpadie” Maslowski and himself, Vivid will be looking to bring his fast playstyle with high engagements, and possibly some championships to Florida.
