Verse Piece Light Ores

Light Ores are a type of material in Verse Piece! They are part of the mining feature, which requires you to have a specific tool.

How to Get Light Ores

The only way to collect Light Ores is by mining. To do this, you first need to unlock the pickaxe tool, which you get when speaking to the Skeleton Zombie Quest Giver NPC. This NPC gives you a quest asking you to defeat a total of 25 Skeleton Zombies. After completing this quest, you are rewarded with the pickaxe, which unlocks the ability to go mining.

The mining feature is located inside the cave on Dungeon Cave Island. When inside the cave, you can see obtainable ores that are collectable when using your new pickaxe. Once you obtain these ores, they despawn for a while, though you can try and server hop in hopes that more appear. Be careful though, as Zombie Skeletons spawn by the ores!

Why Do You Need Light Ores?

If you want the Chae Hae In sword, you need to collect Light Ores. The required items to unlock the sword are:

• 5 Light Ores
  • Obtainable via mining with a pickaxe
• 1 Sword of Light Recipe
  • You can get the Sword of Light recipe via the Fallen Angel Boss drops, however, it is a Mythical rarity drop so it is not a guarantee upon the first defeat
    • The Fallen Angel boss has 10 million HP and it has a 20% chance to spawn inside the Dungeon Cave every 5 minutes
• 50 Wood
  • Obtainable via defeating Bandit mobs
• 100 Iron
  • Obtainable via defeating Bandit Leader mobs
• 7.5K Gems

As you can see from the list, you need 5 Light Ores in total! After collecting all of the items, you can speak to the Cha Hae In Teacher NPC to obtain the sword for yourself.
