Untitled Darkness explores the effects of depression when it releases August

8 Bit Pxl Games brings us Untitled Darkness on August 10th — a short story about the debilitating effects of living with depression.When first looking at the screenshots of Untitled Darkness you’re confronted with an extremely dark setting with a horror-themed art style. The people inhabiting it seem to be disproportionate in their sizing, making them seem distorted. But that’s — at least to us — a great way to show the disrupting debilitating effects of depression and the broken logic that it grips you with, seeing everything through pained eyes. Untitled Darkness is developed by Tom Orden — 8 Bit Pxl Games — and is a short game that deals with the effects of depression. The game puts us into the shoes of someone struggling with depression to experience the distorted emotions that they deal with and their difficulty escaping them.Untitled Darkness will release on August 10th for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One.
