While not overtly rare or common, the Tycoon RNG Pastel Cube is a popular choice. But why? In this guide, I look at all uses of the cube and its buffs.

Tycoon RNG Pastel Cube
What’s so special about the Pastel Cube? It’s an Epic rarity cube, so it doesn’t spawn as often as some of the others. It’s probably one of the best cubes that you can collect outside of the super rare ones.
Pastel Cube Buffs
As for the buffs that the Pastel Cube grants upon consumption, there are 3 in total, making it a useful cube in general. The following buffs last a total of 60 seconds, which isn’t long overall, but makes a difference when you’re still trying to build your tycoon at the earlier levels.
- Rolling Speed increases by 25%
- Income increases by 50%
- Luck increases by 50%
Pastel Cube in Crafting
You don’t have to consume every Pastel Cube you collect! This type of cube is included in 3 craftable recipes at the moment (though this may change in future updates). Below is where I list all craftable auras that require Pastel Cubes, as well as what these auras do.
Infernal Winds Aura
Buffs your Rolling Speed by 50% and increases the speed at which you walk by 2. One of the main benefits of this aura is the fact that your ores won’t be destroyed by fire even if they’re vulnerable to the element.
Golden Gaze Aura
All of your ores drop with a shield, giving them some extra defense against vulnerabilities and machines that destroy ores. You walk faster with a +4 speed increase, making it easier to run around collecting more cubes. As for the buffs, you have a 35% higher chance of getting Golden machines and your overall luck increases by 200%.
Glitch Rift Aura
By crafting this aura, and equipping it, your luck gets a boost of 50%. If you really want Overlocked machines, then this aura has your back, with an additional 20% chance increase of Overlocked drops. The value of your ores when they first drop from a Dropper machine becomes random too!
