Two Point Hospital has a free Sonic the Hedgehog crossover going on right now, with free outfits and decorations for your staff and hospital. “We are proud to finally unveil the crossover event of the BILLENIUM, as the immovable object of Two Point Hospital and the unstoppable force of Sonic the Hedgehog collide in an explosion of costumes, items and joy,” Two Point Studios says. The crossover celebrates the 30th anniversary of Sonic, and brings with it four costumes for staff — Sonic, Amy, Knuckles, and Tails — as well as hospital decorations such as a Sonic statue, rugs, and a Gold Ring. It’s not the first crossover that would have come to mind, but the outfits and decorations do look pretty good. What do you think?
