Thank you for your patience.We’ve already had almost 4,000 gamers register for the Twelve Days of Christmas 2023 Community Challenge event and it’s now time to reveal the challenge for Day 1:Challenge 1: A Gruesome FatalityChallenge 1: A Gruesome FatalityFor the 1st challenge, you need to earn a single line in Genre Bingo.Earlier this year, we introduced a brand new community event, Genre Bingo. Given it’s popularity, we are bringing Genre Bingo to 12 days! When the challenge starts, we will generate a random 5 by 5 grid for you, with each square assigned a popular genre. To mark your squares off, just unlock an achievement from a game with the same genre applied. It’s worth noting that games on site can have multiple genres. We will use the first matching genre (based on the order on game pages) that you haven’t unlocked yet to daub the squares.Your goal is to complete one bingo line, either vertical, horizontal, or diagonal to finish the day one challenge. This means it is actually possible to complete this challenge with just 4 achievement unlocks, with the centre square being a “free” space.The key points are:You can click the squares in your bingo grid on the 12 Days panel on your homepage to see the games in your game collection with that genreYou can click the View challenge button on your event progress page to view your bingo grid in fullYou have until the end of December 31st to do this and all of the other 11 challengesChallenge 2 will be revealed at 10am (UTC) tomorrow.Good luck!You can read the event FAQ here and discuss the event here.
