From Chile to the Philippines, Egypt and France, December once again saw many community tournaments taking place on Toornament.com. Here is a small selection of what proposed organizers like RedBull, FIBA, Moviestar or famous streamers.
Red Bull Egypt completed its major EA FC 25 Hattrick tournament in December during a grand finale in the Mall of Arabia in Cairo.
This competition saw Red Bull Egypt organize for 3 months about fifty tournaments in cybercafes and universities throughout the country.
At the end of this first stage, 32 finalists qualified for the final and try to win a trip to Leipzig in Germany to meet the world champions of the e-Football World Cup.

The eFIBA season 3 on NBA2K
On the basketball planet, last December saw the end of the 3rd season of the official FIBA competition on Toornament.com. The eFIBA World Cup was organized by the International Basketball Federation and the GOEXANIMO agency on NBA2K25.
The competition started in October with 7 regional qualifications. 61 national teams took part in the tournament to try to win the $50,000 cash prize and the title of eFIBA World Champion.
At the end of the qualification stage, the 8 best nations met in the final during an offline event on December 11 and 12 in the Philippines. And in the end, it was the United States who won ahead of Turkey and Portugal.

Moviestar Cup on Garena Free Fire
The Chilean agency GameClub and Moviestar brand organized a major online tournament on the game Free Fire in partnership with its publisher Garena. The action took place during December via Toornament.com and brought together more than 400 players!
After online stages of qualifications and playoffs, the final between the best participants took place in person in GameClub of Mallplaza Vespucio in Florida.

MENA Community Face-Off Series on Rainbow Six
The 2024 edition of the R6 MENA Community Face-Off Series ended in December on Toornament.com. With $6,000 up for grabs, this competition brought together the best teams in the region.
13 Rainbow Six teams participated, some were invited from the BLAST MENA League, the other had qualified by winning points during the BLAST Community Cup from September to November.
The victory went to the famous Saudi Arabian team Falcon who overthrew ROC Esports in the final.

The Wild Circuit: Rift Legends 2024
In December, French organizer Purge Tournament wrapped up the organization of the EMEA 2024 circuit of the League of Legends: Wild Rift game.
The Fall Split season ran from September to November after ten online tournaments where teams could earn points based on their results. At the end of these tournaments, the best ranked teams participated in the Rift Legends: Showdown from 14th to 15th December to crown the season’s grand winner and share $5,000 in cash prizes.
At the end of the final stage, first place went to the International Jobcenter team ahead of Almighty Capybaras.
The League of Legends Streamers Tournament
Esports is also synonymous with numerous entertainment tournaments provided by the most famous streamers and influencers. In December, Toornament.com had the pleasure of hosting the 5-player team tournament on League of Legends organized by French star Domingo.
The tournament saw 8 teams made up of very big names of French streamers and content creators such as Kameto, Alderiate, Skyyart and Yellowstar.
The teams faced each other in two groups of 4 teams followed by playoffs and ranking matches which saw the victory of the Kameto team composed of Ripp, Kameto, Tiky, Nisqy and Kotei.

The Chaos Duo Championship on PUBG
Our world tour ends with another stop in the MENA region for a PUBG tournament organized by Gamers Lounge. The Chaos Duo Championship tournament brought together a hundred teams from all countries in the region.
These teams first faced each other in groups of 28 during a free-for-all qualification stage. The best 34 of them then challenged each other during an online final to decide $1,500 in cash prize.
