The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition announced, launches later this year

After months of leaks and speculation, Rockstar Games has officially announced Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition, which includes updated versions of Grand Theft Auto 3, Vice City, and San Andreas, and will launch later this year.Announced over on Rockstar Wire, the classic GTA titles will launch for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch, and PC (via the Rockstar Games Launcher) and “will feature across-the-board upgrades including graphical improvements and modern gameplay enhancements for all three titles, while still maintaining the classic look and feel of the originals.” Rockstar has plans to share more details on the Definitive Edition soon and has not confirmed if the three games will be available as standalone titles, as a single package, or both. Rumours surrounding the Definitive Edition have been swirling for a while now. Earlier this week, leaked logos and new achievement art for all three games was found in a Rockstar Launcher update. Sadly, Rockstar has also announced that it will delist Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas from the Microsoft Store next week. Are you excited to return to these games?
