Available as a free update to all 3.3 million owners, players can attempt to Break Free from the Sinyala Facility as part of today’s The Outlast Trials Season 2.2 Update ahead of Season 3’s launch later this month.
As part of this update to The Outlast Trials, Amelia has managed to trick the system and has created a brief means of escape for the experiment victims of Dr. Easterman.
Thanks to Amelia’s carefully positioned Escape Plans and other tools, Reagants in The Outlast Trials can now attempt their own getaway to try and free themselves from the horrific Sinyala Facility.

Note that the Season 3 update for The Outlast Trials will release April 22 at 10am ET. With this release, the Sinyala Facility will feature some changes to its Reborn initiative in an efort to improve its renowned Therapy.
On that note, as of this Season 3 update to The Outlast Trials, access to the Rebirth hallway will be closed off for the near future throughout the retooling of the Reborn procedure.
The Outlast Trials is available on Steam, Epic, PlayStation, and Xbox stores.
