The Dark Pictures Anthology announces The Devil in Me as season one finale

Bandai Namco and Supermassive Games have now announced The Dark Pictures Anthology: The Devil in Me, which will be the season one finale for The Dark Pictures Anthology.As has happened with the previous Dark Pictures Anthology games, the next one in the series was announced shortly after the most recent game; in this case, following the launch of The Dark Pictures Anthology: House of Ashes. What’s interesting about this announcement, too, is that it’s apparently the finale to the first season. Neither Bandai Namco nor Supermassive Games have revealed what the next season might look like. Bandai Namco sets up the premise, saying, “A group of documentary filmmakers receive a mysterious invite to a replica of the ‘Murder Castle’ of H.H. Holmes, America’s first serial killer. They soon discover that they’re being watched, and there is much more at stake than their viewing figures.” The Devil in Me will apparently be the “anthology’s most bloodcurdling story yet, where each of your choices once again determines who lives and who dies.
