At DG we spend quite a bit of time on Roblox. We write a lot of guides about it and keep on top of the platform’s newest releases. While some experiences lack in the quality department, or perhaps just seem to want to squeeze Robux out of the player base, there have been a lot of excellent entries this year that provide hours of fun for free, and we’d like to honor them here in our rundown of the Best Roblox Games Of 2024.

If you’d like some more general games for our favorite OS, maybe check out our best Android platformers feature, we update it regularly!

The Best Roblox Games Of 2024

Let’s go over the games!

Grace

Feature image for our Grace Carnation guide. It shows the player facing a door in-game as Carnation comes through, a flower-like creature with a huge singular eye, glowing pink.

Calling Grace ‘Doors but fast’ feels like a disservice to a very enjoyable speedrun game, but it’s also the easiest way to explain it to someone who has never played… well, as long as they’ve played Doors, anyway. Run along a corridor through a set of dark and dingy floors against a ticking clock, and learn the tricks to survive each of the horrible entities that inhabit the complex. When you get into The Zone with it, it feels amazing… right up until the point you get Slugfish and Carnation’s tells mixed up and die a horrible death.

A Dusty Trip

Feature image for our guide on how to turn on lights in A Dusty Trip. It shows a desert road stretching ahead in-game.

Who doesn’t enjoy a good roadtrip? And no game does a roadtrip quite as well as A Dusty Trip, a game where you need to put together your vehicle, stay topped up on fuel, and deal with the various mutant monsters and environmental hazards as you seek to travel as far as you can. The different events are usually very high-effort, too.

Other Roblox games offer a similar experience, but not many are quite as good at what they do.

Fisch

Feature image for our biggest fish in fisch guide showing a player holding a nessie above her head on a rocky platform on a rainy day

Women fear us. Fish fear us. Men turn their eyes away from us. No beast dare make a sound in our presence. We are alone on this barren platform. It’s safe to say that everyone at DG usually loves Fisch, and occasionally hates it intensely when they lose a Megalodon from their hook after hanging around Ancient Isle for hours waiting for one.

Fisch is a fishing game, but also a game that encourages you to explore an every-growing world. Their blisteringly fast update schedule has made for a constant flow of new content, and while not every choice has been perfect, it’s nice to see devs so committed to providing a genuinely fun time.
