Psychedelic action-adventure game The Artful Escape now has a release date, and will be launching into Xbox Game Pass on September 9th. Check out the release date trailer below:In The Artful Escape, we play as Francis Vendetti, a “teenage guitar prodigy” living in the shadow of his famous uncle. Soon enough, he “sets out on a psychedelic, multidimensional journey to inspire his stage persona,” with the devs adding that he’s “searching for who he isn’t in an adventure spanning stolen opera houses, melodic alien landscapes, and the impossible depths of the Cosmic Extraordinary.” Intrigued? Us too. The Artful Escape stars Michael Johnston, Caroline Kinley, Lena Headey, Jason Schwartzman, Mark Strong, and Carl Weathers, and launches for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox Game Pass on September 9th.
