Gaming and esports platform GosuGamers has announced a new collaboration with Singapore-based organisation Team Flash to launch a new game using the UEFN (Unreal Editor for Fortnite).
Flash Prop Hunt: Island Hideout will be available for play starting today by entering the map code 5509-9456-0099. Unlike traditional Fortnite game modes, the game offers a new way to play Fortnite by providing a more collaborative experience where players are split between Props and Hunters to fight each other.
According to a release, Team Flash will be creating a series of interactive content on its social media platforms, featuring contests during the first month of the launch and providing community rewards.
Moreover, some of Team Flash’s players, such as Vietnamese PUBG Mobile player YoungT and Cambodian Mobile Legends: Bang Bang players, ATM and Donut, will introduce the game via live stream.
Team Flash currently has eight competitive teams across Southeast Asia, including Vietnam, Singapore, Cambodia, and the Philippines. The organisation competes in Arena of Valor (AOV), PUBG Mobile, VALORANT and League of Legends teams in Vietnam. Moreover, the organisation has an Honor of Kings team in the Philippines and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) teams in Singapore and Cambodia.
Earlier in June, the team announced a collaboration with hardware brand Razer through its ‘Team Razer’ initiative. Team Flash also has a long-standing partnership with South Korean esports organisation Gen.G through its Gen.G Global Academy which led to the creation of an esports camp in Vietnam as well as a scholastic esports programme in the region.
Mark Chew, CEO of Team Flash, commented: “We are thrilled to collaborate with GosuGamers on ‘Flash Prop Hunt: Island Hideout’.
“As the pioneering esports organisation in Southeast Asia to introduce this initiative, this collaboration allows us to bring our unique vision and offers our fans an immersive experience that blends our esports expertise with creative gameplay.”
