You’ll have the chance to try out Tales of Arise for yourselves next week when a free play demo arrives for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.There aren’t any demo details as of yet, although Bandai Namco confirmed that your progress from the demo won’t carry over to the full version of the game. In Tales of Arise, the planet Dahna has suffered for centuries, losing its resources to the planet Rena. The game brings together two characters from these opposing planets: Alphen and Shionne. “Lost memories and pain. An irremovable mask. The mystery behind Rena’s tyranny. Cut free the truth with the Blazing Sword. 300 years ago, Rena invaded Dahna. Now, Dahna is under Rena’s domain,” the devs say. “Follow Alphen and Shionne as they overcome hardship, grow with their unique group of friends, and determine the fate of two worlds.”The Tails of Arise demo will be available for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S on August 18th, with the game launching in full on September 10th.
