Slitherine Games and The Aristocrats today announced that the upcoming RTS game, Starship Troopers – Terran Command, has been delayed. The game was originally launching later this month, on March 31st, 2022, but following today’s announcement, it will now release later in the year.
In an announcement from the developers, the team stated that the game is “content complete” but they want more time to refine what’s already in place. More reveals and footage will be revealed in the build-up to the new launch date.
Starship Troopers – Terran Command Release Date Delayed
Today we are making an important announcement related to the release date: Starship Troopers – Terran Command won’t be releasing on March 31st as previously announced.
The new and definitive launch date will be June 16, 2022.
We know many will find this announcement disappointing and we apologize. We truly feel that a few extra months of further polish and bug fixing will make a significant difference.
We intend to deliver a finished and polished game, and it is very important for us that you are able to fully enjoy the game from day 1, without any issue spoiling your fun or without having to wait for future patches or hotfixes.
The game is now content complete and all remaining development time will be entirely focused on refining what already exists. We can’t wait to reveal more, and we plan to show you a lot in the months leading up to the launch in June.

Sean Weech and Deck13 today announced that the upcoming permadeath action RPG, Holomento, will soon be available to play on Steam and Good Old Games when Early Access launches later next month, on April 27th.
Counterplay Games & Gearbox Publishing today announced that Godfall is set and ready to welcome its largest free update to date. The Exalted Update brings with it an arsenal of new content, fixes, and improvements, and will be available to download on all platforms on April 7th.
Those with an itchy trigger finger will be able to sink their claws into Chunkybox and Daedalic Entertainment’s Wildcat Gun Machine when it launches on May 4 for PC and consoles.
