We’ll soon be able to dive into fresh Starfield achievements with the Shattered Space DLC, as the first expansion launches on Xbox Series X|S and PC today, adding more content to one of the best Xbox RPGs. We now know the global launch times for Starfield’s Shattered Space DLC, and when we’ll be able to explore House Va’Ruun’s home world.Starfield Shattered Space DLC global launch timesShattered Space takes us to Va’ruun’kai, the home world of the followers of the Great Serpent, House Va’Ruun, which has been devastated by a massive Vortex, leaving most of the city of Dazra in ruins. After answering a distress call, we head to the planet in search of survivors and to learn of their fate.Any player can begin working through the Shattered Space story, but Bethesda recommends you be at least level 35 for the best experience. You’ll need to have completed the One Small Step introductory mission in the base game before you can receive the distress call, as you need a spaceship to travel, but with that sorted you’ll receive the call whenever you grav-jump to a system that doesn’t already have a mission or encounter available, discovering a huge star station called The Oracle. The new DLC launches simultaneously in all regions later today at 8am PDT / 11am EDT / 4pm BST / 5pm CEST, and is included as part of Starfield’s Premium and Constellation Editions. Players wanting to play Shattered Space via the game’s standard edition or Xbox Game Pass can either purchase the DLC separately for $29.99 / £29.99 / €29.99 — currently discounted to $26.99 / £29.99 / €26.99 — or upgrade to Starfield Premium Edition for $34.99 / £34.99 / €34.99.While they’re not live on Xbox yet, Steam listed the Shattered Space achievements earlier this month, giving us a glimpse at what we’ll need to do to nab the completion.
