If you’re looking forward to playing Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II, then we’ve got good news and bad news for you. The good news is that its release date will be revealed in December. The bad news, however, is that due to a delay, we won’t be playing it until the second half of 2024.Focus Entertainment has published an update for its upcoming line-up of games, which includes Banishers: Ghost of New Eden coming to Xbox Series X|S on February 13, Expeditions: A Mudrunner Game coming to Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One at “the end of 2023/2024”, and Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II.Unfortunately, it looks like Space Marine II won’t be arriving on Xbox Series X|S and other platforms until the latter half of 2024 now, as Saber Interactive needs additional time to polish the game. We should, however, get another look at the Ultramarines in action in “early” December — our guess would be during The Game Awards on December 7.”Focus Entertainment will reveal the official launch date of the highly anticipated Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II – the iconic Games Workshop license – in early December. The game is now poised to ship in the second half of 2024, to provide the time needed to properly polish the game and to ensure the best possible experience,” the announcement reads. “Focus Entertainment is committed to releasing a game that is of the highest quality and that exceeds the expectations of the countless fans of the franchise.
