Sols RNG Sandstorm Biome Guide
The Sandstorm is a new biome introduced in update 9 (also known as Era 9).
What Does The Sandstorm Biome Do?
Biomes are different environments that occur in Sol’s RNG, during special Biomes, the chances of obtaining specific auras increase slightly. It’s a great way to get your hands on some unique auras to add to your collection! When the Sandstorm happens, the map will turn sandy and dusty. If you get lucky enough to be a part of it, your chances of obtaining the following three auras get increased:
- Gilded
- Without biome: 1 in 512 chance
- With biome: 1 in 128 chance
- Jackpot
- Without biome: 1 in 777 chance
- With biome: 1 in 194 chance
- Atlas
- Without biome: 1 in 360,000,000
- With biome: 1 in 90,000,000 chance
How To Find A Sandstorm Biome
If you want to experience a Sandstorm for yourself but aren’t sure how, I’ve listed a few methods below:
- Waiting
- The most common way to get a biome is simply waiting for it to happen. For the Sandstorm biome, it has a 1 in 3,000 chance to happen per minute.
- Private Server
- If a friend’s Private Server has Sandstorm active, you can hop in right away. You can join one by pressing the button which has the icon of two people (next to the green play button) before launching Sols RNG. You can also join the official Sols RNG Discord and open the ‘Private Server Channel’, where you can join a private server (you must verify your Roblox account first).
- Biome Randomizer
- If you want to try to speed up the process, you can use the Biome Randomizer to force a Biome switch. You can use it once every 35 minutes and it has a server cooldown of 20 minutes. Once you craft it, you can use it as many times as you’d like (of course, taking the cooldown into consideration).
- You can craft one at Jake’s Shop with the following components:
- x1 Undefined
- x1 Hades
- x1 Poseidon
- x Galaxy
- x1 Astral
- x1 Permafrost
- x1 Stormal
- x4 Strange Controller
