Sly Cooper And The Thievius Raccoonus On PS4 Reportedly ‘Runs Almost 10% Faster Than It Should’

Sly Cooper series speedrunner Bvr_GG on X has reported that the Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus suffers from performance issues on PS4, running at around 10% faster than it should do.The game was re-released on PS4 & PS5 earlier this week on the PlayStation Store and is free for PS Plus Premium subscribers. However, much like Tomb Raider Legend, which also suffered from its own issues, Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus didn’t make the transition without its hiccups.Here’s what the speedrunner had to says in a post on X:PS4 version of Sly Cooper 1 runs almost 10% faster than it should, resulting in it feeling very different and bad. This issue is not present w/ PS5 version.
