How to Beat the Glass Bridge Challenge
If you’ve seen Squid Game, you’ll know that it’s a pretty difficult feat to determine which piece of glass is safe or not. The same goes for its Roblox counterpart, with each pane of glass looking more or less the same. In the show, it’s the know-how of Do Jung-soo, who is a glassmaker, that saves some of the players. You don’t have that advantage in Shrimp Game, so what’s the next best thing? It’s something called a Glass Tester.
If you don’t have a Glass Tester or none of the other contestants do, then it’s every man for themselves. My recommendation? Don’t go first, and let others get ahead of you. This is also a useful way of avoiding being pushed by other players. If nobody is behind you, then nobody can push you off of the platform.
If you’re lucky enough to have a fellow player who is willing to let you know which glass is safe, then great, but remember that they may try to deceive you! You have a limited amount of time to get across to the other side, so someone will have to move at some point.
Glass Testers
The Glass Tester item is purchasable in the Items menu and costs 500K in-game coins. Each Glass Tester works between 1 to 3 times, but there’s a chance it’ll stop working completely after the first use!
It’s all down to RNG, as is the same with the glass panels. The Glass Tester lets you know which panels are safe to walk across. Those you can stand on are highlighted green, and those that will break appear red.
