The team at Saga Origins, together with Metaverse Game Studio, has launched Open Alpha Season 2 of their narrative strategy-RPG Angelic: The Chaos Theatre.
Open Alpha Season 2 content for Angelic: The Chaos Theatre includes the following:
- Map Revamps – Tempest Dam, Angel Nest and Hangar Bay maps have received significant updates. Of note, the Forsaken Mine map will be temporarily disabled until we give it a fresh revamp.
- The Destructible Mesh System – Maps will now feature destructible objects, so tread carefully. Many things are fragile and can even explode unexpectedly. Watch out for AoE abilities!
- Improved Gameplay Mechanics – Odile’s gravity manipulation now significantly slows movement, and Xander’s shockwave grenade EMP effect lasts for two turns, meaning invisible or camouflaged heroes will feel its effects longer.
- Fully functional leaderboards and leagues
- Additional UI and UX updates
New to Angelic: The Chaos Theatre? This title serves as a free tactical multiplayer module that tasks players with assembling a fearsome force by rallying heroes.
