The Samsung Galaxy A23 5G unveiled last month has debuted in the US. It comes in a single 4GB/64GB memory configuration and has one color option – black. You can buy the unlocked model, priced at $300, from Samsung’s official website or pick one from Samsung’s Experience Stores across the States. The smartphone will also be sold through AT&T, T-Mobile, and additional retailers.
The Samsung Galaxy A23 5G is powered by the Snapdragon 695 SoC and runs Android 12-based One UI 4.1 out of the box. It’s built around a 6.6″ 120Hz FullHD+ LCD with a notch for the 8MP selfie camera. Around the back is a quad camera setup comprising 50MP primary (with OIS), 5MP ultrawide, 2MP macro, and 2MP depth units.
The Samsung Galaxy A23 5G packs a 5,000 mAh battery charged through a USB-C port at up to 25W. The rest of its highlights include a 3.5mm headphone jack, a side-mounted fingerprint reader, and a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 1TB. The smartphone also has an NFC chip onboard.
