As Team Liquid’s Special Projects Lead and Head of Liquid Media Internal, Nejmanowski helped build the organisation’s internal brand management media agency and executed multiple strategic partnerships to drive the company’s commercial and business growth.

Marc Edwards, ORDER’s CEO, commented: “We are extremely excited for someone of Ryan’s calibre to be joining ORDER at a time of expansion and growth for the organisation.

“Ryan will be responsible for ORDER’s media and content vertical, procuring talent, driving creative direction, and building diverse revenue streams.”

Since departing the North American organisation, Nejmanowski completed his Masters in Business Administration (MBA), specialising in Entrepreneurial Management from the Australian Institute of Business.

In a Twitter post following the announcement, Nejmanowski commented: “Super excited for this next chapter of my life!

“I will be moving to Melbourne later this year to help lead the organisation to new heights.”

Nejmanowski’s appointment follows on from the Australian esports organisation naming Marc Edwards, formerly of Melbourne Football Club, as its new CEO in April this year.

The new Chief Development Officer added: “I want to take this moment to give a shoutout to Caleb Anderson, Victor Goossens and Steve Arhancet. Their leadership enabled me to do everything I ever did at Team Liquid and then on to completing my MBA. All of my future success will be accredited to them for their support over the years.”

Esports Insider says: Seeking brisk growth, ORDER has been recently undergoing multiple strategic changes, including securing a partnership with Zoomph and raising $5.3m. With his broad experience in a top-tier esports organisation, Nejmanowski will surely be a valuable addition to ORDER’s team of executives.
