Rocksteady Studios has released a statement responding to the major story leaks from Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League confirming that they are indeed real and asks that players not “impact the enjoyment of other players” through posting spoilers online.“We’re looking forward to players experiencing the story we’ve crafted in Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League once the game launches in the new year,” Rocksteady’s statement began.“We hope everyone can play the game and feel each moment of the narrative for themselves. It is very disappointing to see details being shared ahead of the game’s release, so we can only urge you to try to avoid spoilers where you can.And please try not to impact the enjoyment of other players by posting spoilers.”It’s definitely unfortunate for Rocksteady that this happened, whenever a narrative game has its story leaked, it always removes so much context for the player and gives the story the worst chance at being viewed in a good light. It also forever changes how the game could have been viewed at launch, if the leaks had truly been surprises, a question that Naughty Dog has likely asked itself more than a few times since The Last Of Us Part II.Source – [Rocksteady Studios]
