Red Cat Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: RCAT) (“Red Cat” or the “Company”), a hardware-enabled software provider to the drone industry, announces that it will report fiscal third quarter 2022 financial results for the three months ended January 31, 2022 on Thursday, March 17, 2022 after the market close.
CEO Jeff Thompson and CFO Joseph Hernon will also host an earnings conference call at 5:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, March 17, 2022 to review financial results and provide an update on corporate developments.  Following management’s formal remarks, there will be a question-and-answer session.
