A PvE co-op shooter with fully destructible environments, the aptly named Polaris Team (an offshoot of indie developer Variable State) announced that Polaris will be a participant in Steam Next Fest this year, complete with a playable demo.
Since Polaris’ reveal during June’s IGN Live segment, Polaris Team has set out to refine the title’s core gameplay mechanics alongside a more stylized visual aesthetic.
The Steam Next Fest Polaris demo will showcase these central components, alongside the title’s dynamically destructible environment, flying abilities, and co-op shooter-action.
Note that participants can also offer feedback, coordinate multiplayer sessions, and discuss their overall experiences with the title via the newly launched Discord channel for the title.
