Sony Interactive Entertainment has said that there’s ‘nothing to announce’ regarding PSVR 2 backwards compatibility.The hardware manufacturer has been busy talking about its new virtual reality device all week following a presentation at CES 2022, and a lot of folk are likely wondering if they’ll be able to play their PSVR games on PSVR 2.Speaking with Stephen Totilo, a spokesperson for the format holder said that it has “nothing further to announce at the moment” regarding this potential feature.While Sony isn’t commenting on it right now, it’s probably not going to happen, as they are two vastly different pieces of technology.
