Renowned PlayStation Plus leaker Dealabs user billbil-kun has turned up just in time for the holiday season to reveal what he’s heard will be the PlayStation Plus games for next month. According to the latest rumor, the three PS Plus titles for January 2022 are Deep Rock Galactic for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4, as well as Persona 5 Strikers and DiRT 5 for PlayStation 4.We already knew Deep Rock Galactic was coming to PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 in January, but we hadn’t seen a specific release date until now. If the rumor is indeed true, the game will be releasing on PlayStation consoles on January 4. The co-op first-person shooter sends up to four players into procedurally generated mines in search of valuable resources, but the space dwarves need to take out plenty of enemies along the way. This game will supposedly be the day-one release in this month’s lineup, making good on Sony’s promise to keep adding these new titles to the list.Persona 5 Strikers and DiRT 5 were both released fairly recently. DiRT 5 hit its first anniversary last month, while Persona 5 Strikers was only released in February. With the mix of genres, there’s a chance that most gamers will find something for them if the rumor does turn out to be correct. billbil-kun has been correct in his predictions for the last five months, so it seems unlikely he’ll be wrong this time; however, take this with a pinch of salt until Sony confirms the official lineup. That would normally be on December 29, but due to the holiday season this could be subject to change. In the meantime, Godfall Challenger Edition, Mortal Shell and LEGO DC Super-Villains are the current PlayStation Plus titles available to download until January 3, 2022. The three bonus PSVR titles from November—The Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners, The Persistence and Until You Fall— will also only be available until January 3. Once claimed, all of the games will remain in your library as long as you remain a PlayStation Plus subscriber.[Source: Dealabs]
