Ubisoft has confirmed the existence of Project Q, the codename for its upcoming “team battle arena” which Ubisoft emphasises is not a battle royale game. Ubisoft tweeted about its upcoming game, saying, “So, we heard you heard… Introducing codename ‘Project Q,’ a team battle arena letting players truly own the experience! The game is in early development and we will keep testing, so for now all you can do is register for upcoming tests.” A link was provided to register for Project Q updates, which seems to confirm that the game will come to Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, and PC.Ubisoft later tweeted to reiterate that Project Q isn’t a battle royale game, saying, “The game will feature a variety of PvP modes with one single goal in mind: FUN!” and adding that it doesn’t “have plans to add NFTs to this game.”That’s all we know for now, but we’ll keep an eye out for more Project Q news and update you when we learn more.
