PlayStation Tournaments Release Date: PS5 System Update to Add Esports Feature

Sony has confirmed that the PS5 is due to receive a PlayStation Tournaments feature via a firmware update sometime later this year. This news was revealed by Sony Interactive Entertainment’s chief executive officer Jim Ryan during his CES 2022 keynote speech.
