Prominent leaker Head on the Block (previously known as Im a Hero Too) has dropped off a batch of new Persona 6 details on ResetEra, claiming it will utilise a semi-open world structure and feature more interactive Social Link.Speaking in one post, the tipster claimed that the core Persona 6 template is similar to what we’ve seen in the past, with “high school nostalgia” being passed around by the team. However, it will feature a semi-open world.Another post reads as follows:Social links are much more “fluid” for the next game. You can interact more and most stuff isn’t timed but it’s a huge part of the series. Persona is two things: high school and social links, I think the “hardcore” fans know this. That will never change, just the things around it and the systems will, if that makes sense.Related Content — Upcoming PS5 Games 2024: The Best PS5 Games Coming Soon The same leaker previously claimed in September 2023 that Persona 6 is unlikely to launch in 2024, and will be themed around black and white. Atlus still hasn’t given the game a proper reveal, but according to reports, it was originally due to be revealed in Winter 2022, which didn’t happen. Keep in mind that nothing has been officially confirmed by Atlus yet, so take all of these reports with a pinch of salt.[Source – Persona 6 Rumours via ResetEra]
