The Persona series holds a spot on our list of the best RPGs on Xbox, so we’d love to see another one of these fantastic games arrive on the platform. Persona 6 is reportedly coming to XboxAtlus has been quiet about its next mainline entry in the Persona series, so we don’t have a release date or confirmed platforms to go on yet, but according to industry insider Nate the Hate it’ll be coming to Xbox.”From information I’ve heard, it does seem that Persona 6 will be coming to the Xbox,” Nate the Hate said. “I’m not 100% sure if it’s, like, day-and-date with the PlayStation version, but considering the way the Persona games have been day-and-date with the multiplatform releases at this point, it may be a safe assumption to make that Persona 6 will be day-and-date Xbox and PlayStation.”It would be a really big deal if Microsoft was able to secure that on Game Pass.”Commenting on Nate’s post on X, another leaker, Midori, backed up the claims by saying it is “correct information” and that it’s coming to “multiple platforms too.”We might have been spoilt with the fairly consistent releases of Persona games on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, and Game Pass lately, but we’re yet to see a mainline entry launch on the platform alongside PlayStation. Persona 5 originally launched on PS3 and PS4 in 2016, six years before it finally arrived on other platforms. If Persona 6 launches as a multiplatform game, it’ll be a first for Atlus and mainline entries into the series. It will also be a whole lot sweeter if Microsoft manages to secure it as a day one Xbox Game Pass title.While we wait for Atlus to reveal Persona 6, the studio has a ton of content planned for its recently released Persona 3 Reload.
